 CHILD’S POSE...a mini vacation pose you can come to ANYTIME during your practice to let loose, to reflect, to connect with breath, to clear the mind, to completely let go and to just be. Try it ...it’s heavenly. #childspose #balasana  Today I choose acceptance. Accepting where I am right here, right now without judgements. Knowing that it’s totally ok not to achieve a crazy pose, or to lose your patience once in a blue or just not being perfect all the damn time. But just knowing that we are all human beings on this planet to learn and to experience and through these lessons we accept the imperfections that make us who we are! Through acknowledging and accepting, we may start over again, one step at a time, one day after the other and in the process we find a better version of the amazing person you are.... you ! -LS #acceptance  MY YOGA ... it doesn’t matter if things aren’t perfect. my practice is my time to feel alive, be creative and free.
