Class Descriptions

Beginner to Advanced

 (all levels)

A slower paced class incorporating props to encourage proper alignment, comfort and ease in a pose. Gentler poses to increase flexibility along with breath work will bring calmness into every part of your being.

 (all levels)

This class emphasizes posture alignment and coordination of breath and movement. This is a good class to learn basic poses, relaxation techniques and become more comfortable with yoga. You will leave class feeling deeply relaxed, refreshed and renewed.

 (all levels)

You will flow from pose to pose with modified variations connecting movement with breath but at a slower and more controlled pace. This class will allow you to slow down, strengthen and de-stress the body while drawing the mind into a state of clarity and inner calm.

 (intermediate-advanced)

Meaning breath-synchronized movement. This class is a more aerobic style of yoga. You will flow from one pose to the next on an inhalation or exhalation. The poses come together and become a dance in motion. Vinyasa Flow strengthens the body, increases flexibility and stamina. This practice produces internal heat and sweat that detoxifies, cleansing the muscles and organs, creating calmness in the mind. A meditation in motion.

Core Vinyasa will incorporate more core strengthening poses to build strength in your centre.

Develops strength and flexibility. This is an athletic style of yoga that combines movement with breath, called vinyasa, and is designed to be a challenging and intense workout for both body and minds.Some class heated (approximately 85 degrees)
