frozen berries of your choice
chia seeds soaked over night in almond milk or your choice of bevie
fresh berries of your choice for the topping
Layer oats on bottom of pretty clear glass. Blend berries and bananas in almond milk then layer over oats. Place soaked chia seeds over smoothie layer. And then place a variety of fresh fruits of your choice on top.
