Chia-Berry Delicious Smoothie

Need a  pick me up ? Need a post-yoga boost ? Well, this smoothie is filled with so much yummy goodness and it’s as easy as can be.

Whatcha need:


frozen berries of your choice


almond/coconut milk

chia seeds soaked over night in almond milk or your choice of bevie

fresh berries of your choice for the topping

Here’s how:

Layer oats on bottom of pretty clear glass.  Blend berries and bananas in almond milk then layer over oats. Place soaked chia seeds over smoothie layer. And then place a variety  of fresh fruits of your choice on top.

Voila !!

This little smoothie is packed with so much goodness! Enjoy !!
